Nils Miller, Director

Nils brings over 25 years of experience across executive leadership, banking, corporate advisory, corporate finance, and principal investment. His expertise spans infrastructure, property, construction, development, and funds management, with a strong emphasis on innovation and value creation.

He began his career in property lending and then in corporate finance at KPMG, followed by 12 years at Investec Group and Macquarie Group, where he operated as an adviser, lender, investor, and developer. His work covered principal investments, asset management, development, lending, business strategy, and institutional partnerships, particularly in the property and infrastructure sectors.

Nils has international advisory experience in markets such as Australia, the UK, USA, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and New Zealand, and is known for his expertise in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) and government collaborations. He is recognized for pushing boundaries while maintaining strict compliance and governance.

Key Projects and Roles:

• Arranging in excess of $2bn of funding for property and infrastructure transactions 
• Sponsor for major student accommodation developments at ANU.
• Sponsor of affordable housing projects including in partnership with Renewal SA.
• Sponsor of University of Queensland Pharmacy School development.
• Funding of major PPPs including:
  • New Royal Adelaide Hospital
  • Queensland Schools
  • Northern Rivers Correctional Facility
  • Gold Coast University Hospital and Private Hospital car parks
  • Various renewable energy projects (solar, wind, power plants)
